Honestly, I think that’s great! Disagreement is good, and I think we forget that sometimes. If you aren’t already a fan of The Mandalorian show itself, you might not agree with me on some points throughout my reviews. So, keeping that in mind, my review of Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian, Episode 3, may sound a wee bit skewed or biased to some. The Mandalorian and Gina Carano as Cara Dune Known for his iconic role as Apollo Creed in the Rocky movies, Carl Weathers is about as seasoned as they come. The casting director absolutely nailed it with Pedro, and the guy simply rocks it as the main character.Īnd I, for one, couldn’t be happier that he’s the face (or mask, rather) of this great chapter of the iconic Star Wars story. The other stunt expert plays the titular role during armed combat, such as those requiring firearms. One stunt actor plays the title character during fight scenes.

We learn in Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian, Episode 3, that Pascal isn’t the only one that plays Mando in this series. Of course, he hits it on the head every single time. THEN, he has to go back to the voiceover studio to record all the lines in ADR to match his performance! His acting is done mostly in subtle movement and gesture on set, without anyone even being able to see the man’s eyes.
